functions hosted at community centres equipped with *CHR approved
commercial kitchens.

operating our business in this manner we are able to offer better
than competetive pricing! Our overhead, you see, is considerably
reduced compared to that of our competition who own and operate their
own commercial kitchens.

Also,
at this point, we limit the number of events we cater to as a way of
simplifying our business. This allows us to better concentrate on
serving you! It also helps keep your costs down by keeping you from
having to pay the dreaded GST.

serving you and your guests our carte du jour directly from the
kitchen, you can be sure you're getting it hot and fresh! There's no
long haul from a remote kitchen to the location of your event!

not operating out of a distant kitchen with its cupboards and
coolers and freezers, our fare will be bought the day of your event.
Produce will be as garden fresh as it can possibly be and buns almost
hot out of the oven from our choice bakery making our food for you as
tasty as possible! And you can be sure our roast beef will be utterly
delicious coming right from the cooler to the oven and not thawed
from a freezer where it would lose its flavor and tender appeal.
